Qatar Charity

Qatar Charity has opened its new headquarters in the Niger capital of Niamey.

The office was opened during an official ceremony organized under the auspices of the Minister of State for Planning and Development of Niger and the event included a review of the Charity's most important achievements since its inception there in 2007.

Qatar Charity has implemented two projects for displaced Syrians in I’izaz city at a cost of QAR 8.7 million.

The projects will benefit around 10,500 Syrians displaced within the country and will be carried out in cooperation with Qatar Red Crescent.

Qatar Charity has provided half a million riyals assistance to Syrian refugee families in Iraq.

The aid benefited over 5,500 people, providing them with winter clothes, mattresses, heaters, food and other items.
